Save. We experienced biggest scam ever at Avis Zagreb! We travelled to Croatia in June and rented our car from Avis as we have been using their service for more than 10 years. We picked our car at Dubrovnik, same routine as usual, examined the car with the staff member and he pointed our the scratches and marked it on the contract.Nova get consistently good ratings on this forum. I was impressed when I used them, but have also been happy with Oryx, Enterprise and Avis. Not too sure about your question about the ferry.
